Coach Dennis Nelson

This is Denny's 36th year of coaching at LHS. He also coached in Antigo and Peoria, Illinois before coming to Wisconsin Rapids in 1977. Denny is also defensive coordinator of the Red Raider football team. Denny grew up in Knapp, Wisconsin and is a 1971 graduate of Menomonie High School. He attended UW-Stout and graduated in 1976. Denny currently teaches Technology Education at LHS. Denny and his wife Jana live in Wisconisn Rapids and have 2 daughters; Rachel and Ronny.
